Group Reservations and Private Parties

Whether it's a birthday party, baby shower, office function, or any other special event, please fill out the form below and we'll do our best to accommodate your desired date and any requests you may have to make your party/celebration memorable.

Our back area can be booked for semi-private events (the back is separated by a curtain). On Fridays/Saturdays, the space can be kept semi-private until 9 or 9:30 pm at the latest, at which time all tables and chairs are removed, the DJ sets up, and the area is open to other customers.

To make the booking for a large group, we ask for a $100 deposit, which we would keep if the event is cancelled within a week of the event, or the $100 would go towards your party’s food bill. Deposit can be made by e-transfer to thetapandtankard@gmail.com (please include date of event in the description), in person with cash/debit/credit, or over the phone with credit card.

We have a projector screen available to use; you would need to provide slideshow content on a device that can connect to our system with HDMI. We have a wireless microphone available for speeches, and if you’d like to choose your own music to have a playlist on a device with a 3.5mm headphone connection.

If bringing decorations – absolutely no glitter/confetti. This includes glitter/confetti filled balloons.

Patio is seated on a first-come - first-seated basis. We do not hold table reservations for the patio area, and the patio remains available to any other patrons during back bar bookings.
