Our back area can be booked for semi-private events (back is separated by curtain). On Fridays/Saturdays the space can be kept semi-private until 9, or 9:30pm at the latest at which time all tables and chairs are removed, DJ sets up, and the area is open to other customers.
To make the booking for a large group, we ask for a $100 deposit which we would keep if the event is cancelled within a week of the event, or the $100 would go towards your party’s food bill. Deposit can be made by e-transfer to firstname.lastname@example.org (please include date of event in the description), in person with cash/debit/credit, or over the phone with credit card.

We would request your food order be in at least 24hrs prior to the event, but a week prior would be better. We would also like to know roughly how many guests will be coming so we can staff accordingly.
We have a projector screen available to use, you would need to provide slideshow content on a device that can connect to our system with HDMI. We have a wireless microphone available for speeches, and if you’d like to choose your own music to have a playlist on a device with a 3.5mm headphone connection.
If bringing decorations – absolutely no glitter/confetti. This includes glitter/confetti filled balloons.
